Freedom Timberworks

As a disabled Veteran who deals with Traumatic Brain Injuries, and balance problems, I have good days and bad days. Some days, I can walk around like normal, other days I use a walker, and on my worst days, I use a wheelchair. The Roman Workbenches from Freedom Timbercraft have given me a new lease on life and allowed me to use woodworking to practice Mindfulness by keeping my hands and mind occupied in a productive way to overcome the challenges of PTSD and Depression.
